Barça dominates Eibar as Messi scores 4

September 20, 2017

Barcelona beat Eibar by a staggering 6-1 last night in a match that saw Lionel Messi score four times. He scored the opener from the penalty spot after Semedo was brought down by Eibar’s defence, with Paulinho scoring towards the end of the first half to go into the break 2-0 ahead.

Denis Suarez made it 3-0 off a Messi rebound, pretty much sealing a victory for Barça after the break. And although Enrich scored one for the visitors, the remainder of the night was Messi’s. He scored his second just before the hour and made it a hat-trick three minutes later.

Then with the clock marking three minutes remaining, Messi scored his fourth of the night to make it a collosal 6-1.
