La Liga 2011/12 – standings after week 5

The midweek match sees Valencia remaining at the top of the table, Barcelona in forth place and Real Madrid down in ninth. However, there are only three points separating Valencia and Madrid so it’s too early to call. Betis still has to play this round and if they win they’ll take over from Valencia.
