February 18, 2016

Last night saw FC Barcelona catch up with the rest of the league when they played their round 17 match against Sporting Gijon. The match had been postponed from December because of Barcelona’s participation in the Club World Cup and the win means with 60 points they are now six points clear of Atletico Madrid. Arch-rival Real Madrid lies in third place on 53 points.
