La liga 2015/16 – standing after week 37

May 9, 2016

While Barcelona secured a comfortable victory over Espanyol, Atletico Madrid dropped out of the race for the league after losing against Levante. That leaves Real Madrid. Trailing by a single point their only hope is to win their final match and for Barcelona to lose points to Granada. A single point for Madrid won’t be enough if Barcelona loses. In that case if Barça lost the two clubs would draw on points and the title would be decided on head to head goal difference.
